Key Responsibilities

Create and manage all sample extractions in conjunction with Procurement Department. Build a self-sufficient system that can maintain a high volume of extractions, while also growing within the biomass department. Construct a system that can be easily replicated.


Required Skills and Experience

Build out:


  1. Work with contractors, biomass department, and all applicable personnel to create the sample extraction space (Phase 1).
    1. This includes the physical space, as well as the ancillary components needed.



  1. Purchase equipment.
    1. Purchase units, and all applicable parts to be needed.



  1. Facilitate the production schedule based on department needs.
  2. Map out the amount and order of extractions to complete on a weekly basis.
  3. Hire Extraction Technicians
    1. Interview and hire two operators to start.
      1. Train the operators
      2. Training entails basic SOPs for machine as well as Safety Hazards, protocols, and a Safety Action Plan.
  4. Plan out a maintenance schedule
    1. The maintenance performed on the machines will be staggered in order to maximize production


Standard Operating Procedure of department and Machines


  1. Build and strengthen SOP’s to replicate and enhance sampling department to fit increased needs.
  2. Enhance SOP’s continuously to continue to meet state compliance requirements.
  3. Efficiency
    1. Enhance our sampling model to drive efficiency forward and increase production capacity.
